Our equipment is engineered for heavy-duty use. Most of our commercial-grade benches and power racks are rated for a static load of up to 1,000 lbs, ensuring safety and stability during your heaviest lifts.
Do you offer shipping for heavy gym equipment?
Yes, we ship nationwide. Large items like racks, functional trainers, and weight plates are shipped via freight on pallets to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on total weight and your location.
What kind of warranty comes with Bench Fitness products?
We stand by our quality. We offer a lifetime warranty on structural steel frames, a 2-year warranty on moving parts and cables, and a 90-day warranty on upholstery and grips.
Can I return equipment if it doesn't fit my space?
We offer a 30-day return policy for items in their original packaging. Please note that due to the size and weight of fitness equipment, customers are responsible for return shipping costs and a restocking fee may apply.
Is assembly required for your equipment?
Most of our equipment is shipped 'flat-packed' to reduce shipping costs. We provide detailed printed manuals and video tutorials to guide you through the assembly process. Basic tools are usually required.
